Bounded by the border of Pawtucket and Central Falls over the river, Central Street and Middle Street with interstate 95 beyond, this large mill complex houses the Blackstone Landing condos and separate builsings house the corporate headquarters of Collette Travel. Blackstone Landing is 82-units of condominium space. The condos have been around since the early eighties, since this mill conversion was one of the first of its kind on the area.
Like most large operations in New England, and especially along the Blackstone, records suggest that the Green and Daniels company were textile manufacturers.
Not too much about the former life of this mill or its pioneer redevelopment in the 80s exists out there on the web right now. If anyone can help gather some info, please get in touch with us or use the form below. Thanks.
